Can I pay by invoice?

You can only use a credit card issued with a billing address in the country where you’re having your order shipped to. Your card must have a valid security code. Cash on delivery is not accepted.
The Card Security Code (CVC/CVV/CID) is an additional three or four digit security code that is printed (not embossed) on the front or back of your credit card. The CVC/CVV/CID is an extra security measure to ensure that you are in possession of your own credit card.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, shenzheniwheels.com offers you the ability to pay on invoice with PayPal. The invoice must be paid within 4 days (if it’s not, you will receive the first email reminder). You can find the invoice and payment details in the delivery confirmation email together with the invoice which is attached as a PDF. If you have any questions about your payment status or invoice, please call via mail at sales@shenzheniwheels.com or contact any our our whatsapp agent to assist you.
We allow customers to have an open amount with a maximum of USD50,000. If you have more than USD50,000 open on your account, you won’t be able to use the payment on invoice option anymore. In this case, please use another payment method.
If you wish to return an item within 14 days, you don’t have to pay the invoice. When you have ordered multiple items and you are only sending back 1 item, you only have to pay for the items that you keep within 14 days.
How do I use a promo code?
Once you have chosen a product, simply add the product to your cart. Click on the cart to see your product and order summary. Enter your promo code and click apply. You will see your discount applied to the relevant products in your cart. Keep in mind:
- Only one promo code can be applied
- Some promo codes are for specific products only
- “Limited edition” products are excluded from promo codes and discounts for the first 48hrs after launch
- Products that are part of a “discount applied at checkout” campaign are excluded
- The promo code must not be expired
- Some specific products are excluded from any type of promo code. You will find a call-out on the product page
