✅ A delivery is considered complete once your package is signed for by you (or an authorized recipient).
🕒 Delivery Attempts
Deliveries occur during business hours only (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- First attempt → Standard delivery.
- Second attempt → Courier will contact you for details.
- Third attempt → If unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to our warehouse. Refunds exclude shipping fees.

- No deliveries to P.O. Boxes
