Shenzhen iWheels Technology Co. Ltd (“iWheels”, “we”, “us”, “our”) delivers orders within the timeframe stated on your order confirmation. If no delivery date is specified, delivery will occur within 10–45 days, unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Delivery times may vary depending on order size, quantity, destination, and distance. Any delays will be communicated, and updated delivery times will replace the original confirmation.

✅ Delivery Completion

Delivery is considered complete once the parcel is accepted and signed for by you or an authorized recipient at the specified delivery address.

Deliveries take place during business hours only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

📍 Delivery Address Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address provided. Shenzhen iWheels does not verify address details and is not liable for losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

âš ī¸ Damaged or Missing Parcels

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, do not accept the shipment. Once returned and processed, we will refund the product price and applicable delivery costs.

If a parcel is declared missing:

  • 🔄 A replacement will be sent (subject to stock availability), or
  • 💸 A full refund including delivery fees will be issued
