If you receive an incorrect product, wrong size, wrong colour, or a Product that differs from its description, please log the issue within 30 days of delivery.

Once approved, we will arrange collection at no cost to you and issue a replacement or full refund.

If you ordered the incorrect Product, we will accept the return provided that:

  • All labels and accessories are intact
