📦 General Return Conditions

Returns apply to Products purchased through the Website only
All returns must be logged via our online platform
Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included

❌ Incorrect or Misdescribed Products

If you receive an incorrect product, wrong size, wrong colour, or a Product that differs from its description, please log the issue within 30 days of delivery.

Once approved, we will arrange collection at no cost to you and issue a replacement or full refund.

🔁 Returns Due to Customer Error

If you ordered the incorrect Product, we will accept the return provided that:

The Product is unused and undamaged
All labels and accessories are intact
The return is logged within 30 days of delivery

Return shipping costs may apply and delivery fees are non-refundable.
